How to use YouTube Video Compressor?
Download and install YouTube Video compressor, launch it and follow these steps.
Step 1. Input Video
Click 
button to load the videos you want to compress.
Step 2. Choose output format
Open Profile drop-down list and choose the output format. If you want to compress videos to YouTube, choose YouTube FLV format, if you want to compress YouTube videos to other video formats, choose the format as you want.
Step 3. Adjust video quality
Besides codec (video format), video quality also has great effect on video file size. You can choose lower video quality to get smaller file size.
1) Adjust video quality
Open Video Quality drop-down list on the right panel to intuitively adjust output quality.
2) Adjust encoding settings
Click Profile Settings button on the upper right to adjust video and audio encoding settings.
3) Use Bitrate Calculator
Open Video Quality drop-down list or choose Tools menu, then select Bitrate Calculator to open this handy tool, which allows you to input a file size value, and compress video to designated file size.
