How to compress VOB video?
Free download VOB compressor, set up and start it.
Step 1. Click 
button to import VOB files.
Step 2. Choose output format from Profile drop-down list. If you simply want to store the converted videos on your hard disc, AVI (DivX), MP4, MOV, WMV and other profiles all works. It you want to watch VOB videos on iPod, iPhone, Xbox, choose the corresponding profile for your device.
Step 3. Compress videos in one of the three ways below.
1) Adjust video quality intuitively with the Video Quality drop-down list on the right panel.
2) Adjust encoding settings by clicking Profile Settings button, then you can set Video Size, Bitrate, Frame Rate, Sample Rate, Zoom mode, etc.
3) Open Video Quality drop-down list or choose Tools menu, then select Bitrate Calculator to compress video to specified file size. You just need to input value in file size text box, and this tool will automatically adjust the video bitrate.
Step 4. Click 
button on the tool bar to start the compression.
