3. Compress video by adjusting output video quality, you can intuitively choose from Video Quality drop-down list, or precisely adjusting encoding settings by clicking Profile Settings button on the upper right.
The last item Bitrate Calculator enables you to specify a file size to compress video to. You can also choose Tools / Bitrate Calculator menu to open it.
4. Click Convert to start compressing videos.
