How to compress MKV video?
Download and install MKV compressor, launch it and follow the steps below.
Step 1. Input Video
Click 
button to load MKV videos.
Step 2. Choose output format
Open Profile drop-down list and choose the output format as you want.
Step 3. Compress Videos

Open Video Quality drop-down list or choose Tools menu, then select Bitrate Calculator to open the handy tool, then you can compress video to designated file size.
